Thank you for your interest in using Prince Asong Moving Company. we are avaliable to assist you with your move. We're pleased to provide you with the following quote for your upcoming move:

RATES & FEES

· Two Movers & Truck: $120 per hour

· Minimum Service: 2 hours

· Truck Fee: $70 (one-time fee)

· Stair Fee: $10 per flight of stairs

· Accidental Damage Protection: $50 (optional. if you decline beware that any thing that is damaged by accident will not be covered by insurance)

SERVICES INCLUDED

· Professional, uniformed movers

· Basic furniture disassembly and reassembly

· Furniture padding and protection

· Loading and unloading

· Standard placement of items in your new location

· Packing and unpacking of boxes

· Unmount  tv from the wall

· Wrap furniture with blanket to prevent it from damages

· Disposal of unwanted items (available for additional fee depending on the item(s))

· Use of moving blankets, straps, and dollies

· Gas and mileage within local service area

·  Friendly, experienced movers

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

· Special handling of antiques or artwork

· Piano or safe moving (additional fee applies)

· Storage services

· Disposal of unwanted items (available upon request)

· Hoisting or moving through windows

· Unforeseen heavy lifting fees for items over 300 lbs (e.g., pianos, safes – quoted separately)

· No Tv Mounting

· No transportation of firearms

RESERVATION POLICY

To secure your moving date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This amount will be applied toward your final payment but is not refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy exists because once we reserve your appointment, we decline other potential clients for that time slot. you cantact contact used for the deposit

Important Notes Regarding Pricing:

· Hourly Rate: The total labor cost will be calculated based on the actual number of hours worked by the moving team. This includes loading, unloading, and travel time between locations if applicable.

· Truck Fee: This is a flat fee covering the use of our moving truck for the day of your move.

· Flight of Stairs Fee: This fee applies to each flight of stairs (typically defined as 4 or more consecutive steps) our team needs to navigate at both the origin and destination addresses.

· Accidental Damage Protection: Clients are advised to obtain the coverage to protect their items from any accidental damage
