Booking and Scheduling

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. We confirm all appointments 48 hours prior to your move. Same-day and next-day moves may be available based on crew availability.

Pricing and Payment

We provide free, no-obligation estimates via phone, email, or in-home consultation. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Rates are based on the time required, crew size, and services requested. Final payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is part of your final payment but it is not refundable in case you cancel your appointment, because once we confirm your appointment we reject any potential customers.

Insurance and Liability

We are fully licensed and insured for your protection. Basic liability coverage (uptill $100) is included with every move. Additional insurance options are available for high-value items. We recommend customers pay the insurance fee for additional coverage.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth moving experience, we ask that you provide accurate information about the size and scope of your move, ensure parking and building access for our moving truck, secure necessary permits or elevator reservations in advance, disconnect and prepare appliances before our arrival, pack personal and valuable items separately (jewelry, documents, cash), and be present or have an authorized representative on-site during the move.
